The Family Service Program employs a Strengths-Needs-based methodology that actively involves each client in identifying their requirements, crafting tailored case plans, and executing these plans to secure positive results.

About Us:

Willamette Family has a rich history as a provider of substance use treatment and behavioral health services, committed to enhancing the well-being of our community.

Recently, we achieved accreditation from the Council on Accreditation (COA), confirming that we meet or surpass national standards for excellence in behavioral health care.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour

Preferred Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field. Equivalent qualifications may include: CADC I, QMHA qualified with three years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with three years of experience.
  • Current qualification or the ability to qualify as a QMHA with MHACBO
  • Experience and knowledge in engaging with families using a strengths-based approach
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and related technologies
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screening (including Cannabis/THC)
