Digital Engineer, Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Digital Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative digital solutions for our clients in the national security space and future manned space missions.
You will work closely with our team of experts to build cutting-edge digital systems that empower our clients to develop and deploy the next generation of space systems. Your expertise in digital engineering will be essential in researching new requirements, technologies, and threats, and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow's solutions.

Responsibilities- Design and develop digital systems for national security space and future manned space missions
- Research new requirements, technologies, and threats to inform digital engineering solutions
- Use innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow's solutions
- Collaborate with our team of experts to build cutting-edge digital systems
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, ICDs, and system architecture for space systems or weapon systems
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale space mission and systems engineering and integration on national security space programs
- 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for space systems
- 2+ years of experience with practical MBSE for the development of technical specifications, ICDs, and system architecture for space systems or weapon systems
- Experience with digital engineering tools, including Cameo or MagicDraw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM rhapsody
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
- Experience with Space Systems Command (SSC), or Air Force Research Lab (AFRL)
- Experience with programming or automating with MBSE toolsets, and utilizing their APIs to build additional capabilities not built into the tool
- Experience building digital twins
- Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF)
- Knowledge of the use cases of AI and how they could be applicable to digital engineering challenges
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering
- OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE SE Certification
