Job Overview

The Director of Nursing will oversee the clinical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care in compliance with home health infusion regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and leading a team in a supportive environment.

This role is responsible for providing guidance to clinical staff and managers regarding all aspects of patient care, including assessments, planning, and evaluation. Additionally, the Director will lead the hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring of nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
  • Analyze operational indicators to identify census changes and assess staffing needs.
  • Ensure that the clinical team adheres to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in home health, home infusion, or a related healthcare setting.
Compensation Package
  • Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
