">This is a full-time position with a flexible daytime schedule, offering a great work-life balance. As a PTA with CenterWell Home Health, you will be responsible for:

- Administering physical therapy treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist">
- Providing non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients">
- Accurately documenting daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients' progress">
- Submitting clinical paperwork to the office on time each week">
- Notifying physical therapist or Executive Director of any equipment failures, lack of supplies, staff or client changes, and any other departmental issues">
- Scheduling clients and performing varied office tasks">
- Applying concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association">
- A current state license to practice Physical Therapy">
- Minimum 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant">
- Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population">
- Mandatory continuing education requirements of CenterWell Home Health and licensing board">
- Clinical competency in Physical Therapy practice and theory">
- The ability to read, write, and speak fluent English">

">We offer a competitive salary range of $57,700 - $79,500 per year, depending on experience.
