We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at American Renal Associates. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care to patients with ESRD, focusing on improving their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient needs are met.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

- Annual raises significantly above the industry standard.
