Manufacturing Equipment Technician I

We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Equipment Technician I to join our production team at Quality Process Services. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained and repaired, thereby preventing downtime and improving overall productivity.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with production staff to meet established quality and quantity targets, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Equipment Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, conducting regular inspections and adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or a similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work the designated schedule and adapt to operational needs.
