Job Description

Cox Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of small parts, seeks skilled machine operators for the 2nd and overnight shifts. As a key member of our compact team, you will be responsible for operating multiple production machines, validating customer specifications, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect production to ensure quality standards
  • Operate production machines efficiently
  • Solve production issues collaboratively with the team

Note: Training is available for those new to the industry.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time on the 1st shift during training

Training typically lasts 3-6 months.

Compensation:

  • No experience starts at $16.00 per hour
  • Shift differential applies when working on the 2nd or 3rd shift

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1st shift)
  • Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd shift)
  • Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3rd shift)
  • You will transition to either the 2nd or 3rd shift after 3-6 months of training on the 1st shift.
