About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehab. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Record vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate, as requested by staff
  • Remind patients to take medications and other nutritional supplements as needed
  • Check patient vital signs each day and keep precise records in the patient's chart
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required
  • Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required

Moultrie Creek Nursing and Rehab is a 120-bed skilled nursing center located in St. Augustine, Florida. We offer in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7-day per week therapy. We accept a wide variety of insurance plans and strive to create positive outcomes for our patients and staff.
