About the Position:
Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage office administration, including scheduling, timekeeping, and coordination
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including job files, contracts, and permits
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution
Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments in a timely manner
Assist with payroll processing and HR documentation for crew members
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in office management (construction industry strongly preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Sage 100/300, Buildertrend, or similar)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
