We're looking for a Construction Office Manager who knows how to keep the field and office connected and running like a well-oiled machine. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle schedules, spreadsheets, and subcontractors-and still find time to handle a surprise delivery at the job site-this could be the perfect fit.



Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and support project management staff

  • Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and coordination for field crews

  • Maintain job files, contracts, insurance certificates, permits, and compliance documentation

  • Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor payments

  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors

  • Track and update project budgets and change orders

  • Order materials, manage deliveries, and handle equipment rental coordination

  • Assist with payroll processing and HR documentation for crew members



What We're Looking For in an Office Manager:
  • 3+ years of experience in office management (construction industry strongly preferred)

  • Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Sage 100/300, Buildertrend, or similar)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation

  • Professional communication style with a can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working with everyone from job site supervisors to city permit offices

  • Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure (bonus if you can do it with a smile)
