We are seeking a skilled Meat Department Associate to join our team at Sam's Club in North Charleston, SC. As a Meat Department Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our members receive high-quality meat products.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work areas according to company policies and procedures, ensuring quality and date control standards for meat products, and securing fragile merchandise.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, execute tasks at the highest level of quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Meet performance expectations, complete job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if applicable

• Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00*
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
