About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter and Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and displaying meat products for our members. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure that our members receive high-quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat Products: Cut boneless meat products according to established standards and prepare meat products according to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining Quality Standards: Ensure product quality standards are met by maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Greet and thank members, provide exceptional customer service, and answer any questions they may have.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and members.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring product quality standards are met.

Salary Information

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

*The hourly rate includes additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
