Surveillance Operator

Job Summary:
Hard Rock International is seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and observing casino operations to ensure the security and integrity of our assets, staff, and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine surveillance of the gaming floor to identify potential problems and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Utilize attention to detail and sound observational skills to conduct reviews, write reports, and complete logs that may be used as evidence in legal matters.
- Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
- Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying managers of concerns and observations.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in work and public spaces.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Security-related field or gaming-related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games, or Audit) is preferred.
- Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience is an asset.
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and ERGC Gaming regulations.
- Must successfully pass background and drug screenings.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.
