At Hard Rock International, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and observing casino operations to ensure the security and integrity of our assets, staff, and patrons.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine surveillance of the gaming floor to identify potential problems and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Utilize attention to detail and observational skills to conduct reviews, write reports, and complete logs that may be used as evidence in legal matters.
- Assist in the coordination and resolution of emergency situations.
- Ensure responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying managers of concerns and observations.
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in work and public spaces.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Security-related field or gaming-related positions (Cage, Slot, Table Games, or Audit) is preferred.
- Analytical, observational, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Casino Surveillance or related surveillance experience is an asset.
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and ERGC Gaming regulations.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must successfully pass a drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry is required.
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of computer applications is required.
- Must be able to use a computer and operate efficiently.
- Must be able to work overtime and/or change shifts on short notice.
- Must be able to get along with coworkers and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
