Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Penn State Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.
  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Instruct patients and families according to teaching plans.
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of employment or a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation.
