Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee clinical research projects in accordance with established study protocols while ensuring high-quality patient care for participants.
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of compliance documentation throughout all phases of the research project.
  • Facilitate the selection, education, assessment, and monitoring of research participants, collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
  • Accurately document patient care and research outcomes using designated formats and systems, providing ongoing communication of results to the research team.
  • Engage in quality assurance and improvement activities, ensuring adherence to relevant standards of care and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nursing, obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer.
Education:

  • A diploma from an accredited nursing school or a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field with an active RN license, currently enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with at least one year completed.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research.
