- Drive initiatives to improve security measures and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Security Operations Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of various business functions and principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business software.
- Experience with security contracts and vendor negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team of security professionals effectively.
- Strategic mindset with expertise in security initiatives.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, particularly under pressure.
- Solid background in guiding teams to achieve security objectives.
