As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolution to resident issues
* Manage daily assignments and logistics to ensure efficient repair calls and customer satisfaction
* Perform various maintenance functions, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance
* Maintain work orders electronically in Yardi Platform, verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards and customer satisfaction
* Conduct daily inspections of community grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to maintain safety and cleanliness standards
* Assist with management of onsite emergencies, such as rain and other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods
* Promptly communicate with Community Manager concerning maintenance issues at the property
* Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations
* Participate in on-call rotation as necessary

Requirements:

* High school graduate or GED required
* 3 or more years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field with at least 1 of those years being in a supervisory role
* Must possess general maintenance, HVAC, and carpentry skills
* Knowledge of building codes, pool logs, etc.
* Experience using Yardi preferred
* Certifications in HVAC Repair & Pool Service Preferred
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others
* Must be able to read/write English and accurately complete on-call and site inspection logs
* Must maintain professional appearance
* Must maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
* Must comply with all safety requirements
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role previously
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet resident needs
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Understands and abides by Fair Housing laws
