Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at Consultorio Medico Hispano. As a bilingual healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Patient Assessments: Develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Prescribe Medications and Treatments: Ensure patient understanding and compliance with prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Perform Minor Procedures: Assist with specialized treatments as required, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide health maintenance and disease prevention education to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Maintain Accurate Medical Records: Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care, ensuring seamless patient transitions.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies: Possess a graduate degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited institution.
  • Current State Licensure and Certification: Hold current licensure and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Bilingual Proficiency in English and Spanish: Fluently speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 2 Years of Clinical Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Strong Clinical Assessment and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional clinical assessment and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • Proficiency in EMR Systems: Possess proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to Patient-Centered Care and Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and cultural sensitivity, with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
