Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is being carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that they do not impact the project's timeline, budget, or quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals. Proficient in construction management software, including project management tools and estimating software.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification, CPR, and First Aid certification.

Working Conditions:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent site visits and exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
