Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in tire installation and balancing techniques.
- Familiarity with Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) tools and reset procedures.
- Proficient in Brake system maintenance including caliper, rotor, and pad replacements.
- Experience with lift and leveling kit installations and suspension components such as shocks, struts, and control arms (alignment experience is a plus).
- Ability to diagnose brake, suspension, and tire-related issues for effective communication with sales staff.
- Execute tire and rim package installations and lift/leveling kit setups efficiently and effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with verifiable references.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (must be able to test drive vehicles).
