About the Role- As a Travel Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality diagnostic images using advanced imaging equipment.
- You will work closely with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient imaging procedures.
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety is essential for this role.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and other diagnostic devices.
- Position patients for optimal image quality and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret images and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging outcomes.
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
