Position Overview:
The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of healthcare services and ensuring the highest quality of care for patients and the community.
CHRISTUS Health is dedicated to providing exceptional medical services through its various facilities, including a 150-bed hospital catering to a rapidly expanding population.
  • The facility offers specialized medical services such as orthopedic care, surgical interventions, intensive care, women's health, and comprehensive cardiovascular treatments, including diagnostics and surgical procedures.
Additional services encompass a newborn nursery, a vascular lab, a sleep center, emergency care, the CHRISTUS Weight Loss Institute, wound management, rehabilitation services, and more.

The campus features an Outpatient Imaging Center and multiple medical plazas, one of which is home to a Family Medicine Residency Program and a Family Health Center.


Qualifications:
A.

Education/Skills: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or Business Administration is required. A Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related advanced health field is preferred.

B.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant healthcare environment is required, along with at least three years of management experience in healthcare.

C.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: A current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
