Senior Water Wastewater Pipeline Design Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Wastewater Pipeline Design Leader to join our Resilience Water Team in Tampa or Orlando, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated engineer to support one of the best-qualified municipal consulting firms in the country.

As the Senior Pipeline Design Leader, you will utilize your expertise and technical knowledge to successfully lead and manage project delivery and assist with the pursuit of municipal water/wastewater pipeline projects to build and grow our conveyance practice across Florida.

The focus of this role is water/wastewater design for linear projects, including pipeline assessment and rehabilitation.

This position offers significant growth opportunities for advancement as you manage delivery teams and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and support to our team of highly skilled engineers while executing projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize technical knowledge and experience to develop the team's overall capabilities.
  • Manage and lead condition assessment evaluations for water, wastewater, and storm system assets including pipelines and pump/lift stations.
  • Meet established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment.
  • Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate execution of projects with other disciplines and the Project/Program Manager.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Water/Wastewater experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Florida PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience.
  • Master's degree in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering or an MBA.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $146,400/year.
