Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Styler DSI SW to join our team at Simmons Prepared Foods Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place and spread product on conveyor belts to ensure proper alignment and meet specifications.
  • Inspect meat for bones or fat and return any rejects to the debone trimline.
  • Identify and notify supervisor of improper cuts on cut-up product.
  • Rotate to other positions on the line as required to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of team concepts, programs, and policies.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a cold, wet, noisy, dusty environment for extended periods.
  • Must be able to move, push, or pull up to 55 pounds from table to scales at waist level.
  • Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in poultry or food processing organization.
