Nursing Assistant Opportunities

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose from a wide range of shifts at partner facilities, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your needs.
Our hourly pay range is up to $33, with opportunities for overtime, hazard pay, holiday pay, and travel bonuses. You will also have access to tuition discounts for undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as employer withholding of taxes and coverage for malpractice insurance and workers' comp.
About the Role:
- Provide nursing care in post-acute care facilities
- Check vital signs and provide regular reports to the broader nursing team
- Observe resident conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
- Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, personal hygiene, and feeding
- Ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with medical professionals and residents
