The selected candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team of move coordinators and engage closely with sales representatives, transportation service providers, operations dispatch, and driver haulers nationwide. The primary objective is to effectively manage the relocation process, including post-delivery service evaluations to align with the company's strategic business goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the transportation sector, particularly in moving and storage, is advantageous.
  • A minimum of four years in customer service or move coordination roles is required.
  • Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and enhance processes.
  • Capable of identifying issues and implementing logical solutions independently.
  • Experience in managing escalated customer complaints effectively.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in work approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the movement of their household goods.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate their moves and ensure optimal satisfaction.
  • Oversee all assigned relocations from the acceptance of shipment to final delivery.
  • Collaborate directly with network service providers to schedule moving services and resolve any critical issues.
  • Monitor and track the coordination of all moves with LTL suppliers from acceptance to delivery.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned or requested.
