Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess a current nursing license in the state(s) of practice and a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a clinical setting. BLS/CPR certification is also required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be adaptable to new environments and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
