About the Opportunity:

This contract role calls for a highly skilled nursing professional who can deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive care plans that address patient needs
  • Provide high-quality patient care and administer medications as required
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress

Requirements:

  • Active RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • At least 1 year of experience in Registered Nurse (Nursery) care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
