West Reading Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Unit Manager/Director - RN to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct the overall operations, coordination, and direction of nursing and patient care for an assigned nursing unit.
- Ensure patient care delivery is consistent with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapy, and other professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/resident satisfaction.
- Manage human resources in the assigned unit, including limiting overtime and agency personnel, recruiting and orienting staff, assessing work performance, and implementing disciplinary action when necessary.
