We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Finishing Department team at Collins Aerospace Careers. Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Develop and implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance our robotic systems and process health.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of projects and process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects and process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to process health and robotic systems.
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, robotics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of process control, robotics, and automation; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the aerospace or defense industry.
  • Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
