Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Cedar Park, Texas. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure, positioning the patient, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Administer contrast media as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
