  • Provide in-service training and ongoing education for SPD/OR staff, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with coordinators to select cases for system use, optimizing system utilization and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement action plans to streamline processes, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Participate in new employee orientation, training, and quality assurance programs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and address customer needs proactively, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in redesigning vendor tray management programs, improving system utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage metrics like setup times and processing times, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and manage preference cards for orthopedic and spine cases, ensuring tailored solutions for customers.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in SPD/Central Services, Surgical Service, and/or the OR, with a strong understanding of process-based work and basic mechanical skills.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally and work non-standard schedules, with a flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills and software programs, with a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies.
    • Strong collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
    • Self-motivated, reliable, adaptable, and customer service-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
    • Successful completion of a criminal background check and other screenings, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
    • Experience with Quality Management Systems, with a strong understanding of process improvement and quality control.

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in diverse healthcare environments, including ORs and administrative areas. Physical demands include standing, walking, and prolonged movement, with a flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
