As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive cloud infrastructures utilizing Microsoft Azure. Your expertise in infrastructure automation, network design, security protocols, and performance enhancement will be essential in delivering superior cloud services. This position is vital for ensuring that our cloud systems are scalable, secure, and optimized for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Automation: Develop and oversee cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Network Design: Architect and execute Azure networking solutions, including Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, and Private Links.
  • Security Services: Implement and manage security services such as Application Gateway, Front Door, and Traffic Manager.
  • Monitoring Solutions: Establish thorough logging and monitoring frameworks for complete visibility.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
  • API Solutions: Design and manage API management frameworks.
  • Performance Optimization: Enhance infrastructure performance to align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure networking components (VNet, VWAN, Private Link).
  • Demonstrated experience with security solutions (Application Gateway, Front Door, Traffic Manager).
  • Expertise in implementing comprehensive logging and monitoring strategies.
  • Strong background in CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Azure API Management.
  • Solid skills in optimizing infrastructure performance.
  • Familiarity with Azure policies, Sentinel, and Defender for Cloud is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Identity and Role-Based Access Control management using Entra ID is a plus.
  • Experience in governance of Azure DevOps organizations is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience in migrating on-premises infrastructure to Azure is a plus.
  • Application performance tuning skills are a plus.
  • Database performance tuning experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
