We specialize in comprehensive material collection, processing, and sales, customizing our services to meet the distinct needs of our clients and communities, thereby influencing the future of the solid waste and recycling industry. Our operations span over 10 locations, collaborating with more than 20 municipalities and 50 jurisdictions, supported by a workforce of over 1,000 employees.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Laborer to support our daily operations at the anaerobic digestion facility. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient workflow and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stand for extended periods while collecting materials, demonstrating good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Handle and transport various materials and equipment safely.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and follow instructions diligently.
  • Work collaboratively in close quarters while sorting materials effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks such as litter control, site cleaning, traffic direction, landscaping, and assisting with various onsite projects.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

  • Ability to distinguish between different commodities for effective material separation.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
