Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in depositions is highly desirable.

  • Prepare correspondence and maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment in our office.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Familiarity with California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Experience in handling employment-related disputes such as wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, labor code violations, PAGA, and wage and hour claims.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $150,000 - $230,000 annually
