  • Coordinate trades to ensure proper sequencing of work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience managing construction projects in manufacturing or industrial settings, particularly with process piping and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to assess drawings, create actionable work packages, and validate contractor bids against cost and schedule estimates.
  • Proven experience in driving the execution of construction projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Capability to evaluate multidisciplinary drawings and coordinate across functions for timely execution.
  • Experience in developing fragnet schedules to support accelerated project completions.
  • Understanding of interdependent utility integration, ensuring systems are installed, wired, and calibrated.
  • Experience with equipment rigging, installation, startup, and utility qualification.
  • Familiarity with code compliance and building occupancy regulations.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to:

Architectural and finish plans and specifications, framing and wall type details, civil and structural plans, mechanical and electrical systems, and 3D modeling and CAD files.

  • Willingness to spend significant time in the field and engage hands-on to achieve objectives or gather accurate information.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight deadlines and ambitious goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Confidence in decision-making and coordination among key stakeholders.
