Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead EVC Technician II to join our Commercial and Industrial Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality workmanship.
  • Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement electrical installation and maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess electrical systems and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for upgrades and repairs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve electrical installation and maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance, with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical systems.
  • California Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
  • Ability to travel overnight and extended periods of time, both regionally and out of state, based on business needs.
