Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, managing and resolving complex technical issues, and mentoring junior team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management principles

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform and tools
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
