Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deploy Lean Manufacturing concepts and principles in multiple plants within a region
* Support deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Methodology in all plants as required
* Develop and teach skills of plant CI Managers and other team members
* Assist in developing Annual Plans using the Kaizen Methodology
* Conduct monthly follow-up calls to ensure plants are meeting Annual Plans
* Support plants in meeting cost-reduction targets
* Administer CBB Production System audit confirmations
* Ensure standardized practice of corporate CBB Production System in each plant

**Requirements:**

* 75% travel, including international
* Passport required

**About the Role:**

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen Methodology. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
