Maplewood at Strawberry Hill LLC is a state-of-the-art senior living provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and contribute to the well-being of our seniors.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, engaging them in activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support
  • Engage residents through interaction, conversation, and programs
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment and assist residents with maintaining their rooms

Requirements

  • Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, families, peers, and other staff members
  • In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases
