About the Role

Pride Health is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Assistant Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, facilitating seamless patient visits, and maintaining high standards of care. Your expertise in clinical operations will enable you to work effectively with our healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Appointment Coordination: Coordinate patient appointments, manage provider schedules, and verify patient demographics.
  • Patient Visit Facilitation: Greet patients, escort them to exam rooms, collect medical history, and obtain vital signs.
  • Exam Room Preparation: Prepare and clean exam rooms before and after each appointment, following infection prevention protocols.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
  • Basic Life Support (AHA) certification.
  • EPIC experience.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. Pride Global offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k)-retirement savings, and life & disability insurance.
