Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
