Job Title: Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor

At Belk, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting Estee Lauder products to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales per hour goals and demonstrate excellent selling skills and customer service.
  • Execute successful promotions and special events/pre-sells/GWP's to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work with store management to optimize business to business and achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Identify and reduce shrinkage in the area and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • No education requirement, but experience in retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone, and other related business equipment.
  • Physical demands include ability to push/pull 100-500 pounds, hand manipulation, and lifting 25-50 pound boxes.
Supervision:

Reports to the Sales Team Manager or Store Manager.
