Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment. This is a full-time position working night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Assess and coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • 2 years Acute Care or Med Surg experience preferred.
