About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer, ensuring accurate and safe administration of radiation doses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and CT simulators, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the treatment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field, or Associate's degree with 2 additional years of experience.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiation Therapy.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.
