Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on location and experience.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Floor Tech to join our team. As a Floor Tech, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in long-term care facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing floor care tasks, operating equipment safely, and maintaining records of your activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, and previous floor care experience is preferred but not required. You must also be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
