Fleet Maintenance Manager
At GFL Environmental, we seek a skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the maintenance of our fleet of diesel and CNG vehicles. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in diesel/CNG maintenance and hold a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or be willing to obtain one within six months of employment.

GFL offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 15 days PTO, four medical plan options, a 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program with free counseling services.

The successful candidate will possess advanced diagnostic skills and be able to lead inspections of brake systems, engines, electrical systems, and other important parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition. They will also prioritize repairs to maximize efficiency and timely completion of work orders.
