Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist I to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized imaging procedures, setting up and adjusting related equipment and devices, and maintaining related records under the direction of the Senior Imaging Staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners
  • Set up and adjust equipment and devices to ensure accurate and safe imaging
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography Program or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Program (NMTCB)
  • Must pass the radiography ARRT registry within six (6) months of employment
  • Must pass the CT ARRT registry within two (2) years of employment
  • Must pass NMTCB(CT) registry within six (6) months of employment

  • CT experience preferred
