Job Summary

We are seeking Part-Time and Sub-Contractor Private Investigators for opportunities in the Buffalo, NY area.

Job Description

This role involves working autonomously in dynamic environments with surveillance investigations providing an exciting career path for those who enjoy freedom and flexibility.

  • Monitoring and documenting individuals in a covert manner from a company-issued fully customized surveillance vehicle.
  • Participating in pre and post-surveillance briefings with case managers to discuss objectives, tactics, and case details.
  • Detailed reporting on daily observations.
  • Uploading video evidence obtained during operations to the company database.
  • Frequent regional travel within the company-issued vehicle.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Have a clean driving record with minimal infractions.
  • Reside in the greater Buffalo, NY area.
  • Show flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
  • Be willing to travel with overnight stays.
  • Possess a valid Private Investigator License for the state of New York (and setup to work as a 1099 contractor) a plus.
  • Carry general liability insurance.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $ $40,000 and $60,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
